Keith Lee Rasmussen

It is with great sadness that the family of Keith Lee Rasmussen announce his passing on November 10, 2024, at the age of 76.

He was born in Osceola, Nebraska on March 31, 1948, to Earl and Sue Rasmussen and had two brothers, Gary and Donald. He lived in Nebraska, Kansas and Texas and was most recently a resident of Cameron, Texas and had many friends there.

He was an excellent bowler and worked in the bowling industry for 25 years. He was Nebraska state champion in his youth and aspired of becoming a professional bowler. The love of his life, Faye, preceded him in death seven years ago after being together for fourteen years. They enjoyed traveling and gambling and would often take trips to Louisiana. He loved to fish and traveled and fished in many different places including Texas, Colorado, and Wyoming.

Keith was predeceased by his parents, brothers and his son, Mark.

He is survived by a daughter, Shannon Pfohl (Dennis), Colorado, a son Ryan Rasmussen (Celia), California, he also raised Angela Tobar, Texas, as his own daughter; nine grandchildren, five great grandchildren, and nephews Gary, Willie, David, Dan, and Dick.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Friday, May 2, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. at Reynolds-Love Funeral Chapel in Lexington with Lay Minister, Sarah Neben, officiating.

Memorials are kindly suggested to the family for later designation.
