Jorge Alberto Arias

Lexington- Jorge Alberto Arias “George”, 33 of rural Lexington passed away Tuesday, November 20, 2018 at his home near Lexington Jorge was born June 16, 1985 in Los Angeles, California to Reynaldo and Alba Arias. The family lived in California then briefly in South Carolina before moving to Lexington in 2000. Jorge attended high school in Lexington and graduated with the class of 2003. After graduation he attended The University Of Nebraska Kearney for two years. Jorge loved to read but his true passion was automotive work. He and his father worked together as mechanics. Jorge loved to spend time with his family and many friends. Survivors include his mother and father of Lexington; two brothers Daniel and wife Elvira of Lexington and Abel of Kearney; one sister Katherine Arias of Lexington; his grandmother Mercedes Martinez of Overton; aunts: Andrea Arias of Overton, Doris Arias of Overton and Sofia Martinez of El Salvador; one uncle, Ernesto and wife Noa Arias of Lexington. He is also survived by extended family and numerous friends. Jorge was preceded in death by his grandfathers and one grandmother. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, November 27, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at Reynolds-Love Funeral Home in Lexington with Pastors Jorge Zelaya and Sandro Sandoval, officiating. Visitation will be held Monday, November 26, 2018 from 4-7 p.m. at Reynolds-Love Funeral Home in Lexington. Interment will be in the Robb Cemetery in rural Lexington.
