Eugene loved being active and participating in Darr Bridge softball and finding long lasting joy in the sport of tennis and watching his kids and grandkids play. Rarely was there a Labor Day tennis weekend that he missed.  He loved watching his sons participate and compete in their many local and school activities and therefore, he coached Little League Baseball, was involved with 4-H, and helped with the Boxing Organization.
