Clareen Hall

Clareen Hall, 82, of Lexington, Nebraska passed away on Wednesday, January 20, 2021 at Plum Creek Care Center Wel-Life Assisted Living.

She was born on October 22, 1938, in Callaway, Nebraska, to Albert and Clarice (Jay) Norbeck. She received her education from Callaway Public Schools, graduating from Callaway High School with the class of 1956.

Clareen was united in marriage to Dean Miller in 1958, to this union the couple were blessed with four boys: Lowell, Johnie, Bobbie & Donnie. The family made their home in Colorado, where Clareen focused her efforts on caring for the home and raising their sons. Their marriage would later end in divorce.

Clareen was united in marriage to Charles W. Hall on February 20, 1988, at Longmont, Colorado. After his retirement in 1991, Charles and Clareen retired to Lexington, Nebraska.

She enjoyed painting, sewing and working on crafts.

Survivors include her sons, John (Jennifer) Miller of Berthoud, Colorado and Donnie Miller of Hastings; her grandchildren, Fallon (Dave) Dundon-Harris of Seattle, Washington, Bobbie Jean (James) Winne of Platteville, Colorado, Jeff Shields of Arvada, Colorado and Alison Miller of Arvada, Colorado; sister, Eileen Moore of Lexington and a cousin, Bonnie Bonczynski of Lexington; as well as nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.

Clareen was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Charles; two sons, Lowell Johnie Miller and Bobbie Dean Miller.

Funeral Services will be on Saturday, January 23, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at Reynolds-Love Funeral Home in Lexington with Pastor Nathan Rhea, officiating.

Visitation will be held on Friday, January 22, 2021 from 5-8 p.m. at Reynolds-Love Funeral Home in Lexington.

Interment will be at Rose Hill Cemetery in Callaway, Nebraska.

Memorials are kindly suggested to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
