Diane Lynn Treacle, 49, of Lexington, Nebraska, died Sunday, August 8, 2010 at Providence Medical Center in Wayne, Nebraska following a courageous fight with cancer. She was born May 14, 1961, at Wayne, Nebraska to Carl and Leona (Modlin) Allvin. She graduated from Wayne High School with the class of 1979. She was united in marriage to Robert Treacle, Sr. Three children were born to this marriage; James, Bobbie & Patrick. James preceded Diane in death. The family moved around a lot and Diane worked several places; most recently at Good Samaritan Center in Callaway, Nebraska and Premiere Estates in Wayne, Nebraska. Diane enjoyed movies, especially Zombie movies, she also loved frogs, doing crafts and reading. Her most enjoyable times were always spent with family, especially her grandchildren. She will be so missed. Survivors include her husband: Robert Treacle, Sr. of Lexington, Nebraska Daughter: Bobbie Treacle of Lexington, Nebraska Son: Patrick Treacle and girlfriend Jessica Harrison and their son, James of Wayne, Nebraska Daughter-in-law: Nicole Treacle and children, Claire and Rosie of Lexington, Nebraska Brother: Darrell Allvin and family from Carroll, Nebraska Sister: Dori Bart and family from Carroll, Nebraska Special Friend and caretaker: Larry Scott of Johnson Lake, Nebraska The Family has honored Diane’s wishes that her body be cremated. A Special Celebration will be held at a later date with Inurnment also held later at the Oconto Cemetery near her son, James. Reynolds-Love Funeral Home in Lexington is in charge of arrangements.
