Francisco Becerra Hernandez, 58, of Lexington, Nebraska, died Saturday, April 17, 2010, at Good Samaritan Hospital in Kearney, Nebraska. He was born October 5, 1951, at El Salto, Jalisco, Mexico, to Francisco and Salome (Hernandez) Becerra. Francisco has been a resident of Lexington for approximately 10 years. He worked at Tyson Fresh Meats. He loved Chivas Mexico Soccer, spending time in the water and driving. He was always happy, never knew a stranger and always had a kind word. He will be so missed. Survivors include his wife: Ofelia Garcia Becerra of Lexington, Nebraska One son: Francisco Becerra of El Salto, Mexico One daughter: Luz Maria Becerra of El Salto, Mexico Three Brothers: Gonzalo Becerra and Mario Becerra of Los Angeles, California Mauricio Becerra of Rancho Cucamonga, California Three sisters: Evangelina Becerra of Las Vegas, Nevada Letticia Becerra of Guadalajara, Mexico Juana Becerra of Long Beach, California Three grandchildren: Maria Claret, Francisco and Diego as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Mass of Christian Burial will be Tuesday, April 20, 2010 at 3:30 p.m. at St. Ann’s Catholic Church in Lexington with Reverend Paul Colling officiating. Visitation will be held Monday, April 19, 2010 from 2-5 p.m. at the Reynolds-Love Funeral Home in Lexington. Wake Service will be held Monday, April 19, 2010 at 5:30 p.m. at St. Ann’s Catholic Church in Lexington. Burial will be held later in El Salto, Jalisco, Mexico.
