During her high school years she always had a lot of friends. There were many sleep overs, and the house always smelled of homemade pizza. She was always a bright star in her mother’s life. She reached out daily to friends and relatives with her phone, and through Facebook. She brought a smile to so many. They could feel her warmth and caring through their phone conversations. She always remembered everyone’s birthday, or anniversary. Her doctors and nurses said it was a pleasure to take care of her. She made them laugh all the time, even though she was very sick. Deanna adored her sons, her extended family, and many friends. Her family wishes to thank everyone who sent cards, have given gifts of food, placed encouraging phone calls, offered prayers, as these sustained her during the past months and were so appreciated more than words can express.
