Rozana Rich, 51, of Lexington, Nebraska, passed away Friday, January 20, 2017, at CHI Health Good Samaritan Hospital in Kearney. Rozana was born March 19, 1965, in Omaha, Nebraska, to Darold & Virginia “Mikki” (McShan) Ashcraft, Sr. She grew up in the Lexington and Overton area where she attended school.  She went on to earn her GED and graduated from a Tech college in Sidney, Nebraska.  Rozana was united her marriage to David Rich on May 28, 1988, in Lexington, Nebraska. Two children were blessed to this union: Cody & Amanda.  Her family resided in Lexington where Rozana worked at Wendy’s and Taco John’s.  She then went on to work at Wal-Mart for the last 19 years until her passing. She enjoyed camping, shopping, playing pool and collecting wind chimes. Rozana was a cancer survivor and the Dawson County Relay For Life was very important to her.  Rozana and David never missed an event.  Family meant the world to her.  She loved spending time with her family and friends.  Rozana was a people person and never knew a stranger.  She will be greatly missed. Rozana is survived by her husband, David Rich, of Lexington, Nebraska; two children, Cody Rich of Grand Island, Nebraska & Amanda Rich of Lexington, Nebraska; brother, Buddy Ashcraft of Council Bluffs, Iowa; sister, Peggie (Monty) Houser of Alma, Nebraska; father, Darold Ashcraft, Sr.; father and mother-in-law, Jerry & Shari Rich of Lexington, Nebraska; sister-in-law, Pam (Doyle) Daake of Smithfield, Nebraska. Rozana was preceded in death by her grandmother, Margaret Rogers; mother, Virginia “Mikki” Ashcraft & nephew, Nate Wilson. Funeral Services will be Wednesday, January 25, 2017, at 2:00 p.m. at Reynolds-Love Funeral Home in Lexington with Mr. Mike Millican, officiating. Burial will be in Greenwood cemetery in Lexington. Visitation will be held Tuesday, January 24, 2017, from 5-7 p.m. at Reynolds-Love Funeral Home in Lexington. Memorials are suggested to the family for later designation.
