Stuart Crawford

Stuart Crawford, 56, of Fort Collins, Colorado, passed away Monday, April 18, 2016, at the VA Hospital Hospice in Cheyenne, Wyoming, following a long battle with cancer. Stuart was born May 8, 1959, in Portsmouth Naval Hospital in Virginia, to Gary and Barbara (Steffen) Crawford. Stuart spent his early years moving about with his family in the Navy, served in the Army in Germany, and spent the remainder in his beloved Colorado outdoors. Survivors include his parents; stepfather, Art Johnson, brother George; sister, Rebecca Rhaesa, nephew, John Crawford; nieces, Megan Gunther, and Molly Crawford, and numerous uncles, aunts, and cousins. Stuart’s body was cremated in Wyoming. There will be no visitation. A Celebration of Life Service will be held Wednesday, April 27, 2016, at 1:30 p.m. at Reynolds-Love Funeral Chapel in Lexington. Inurnment will be in the Greenwood Cemetery at Lexington. Reynolds-Love Funeral Home in Lexington is assisting the family with local arrangements.
