Kelly Ann Jones

Kelly Ann Jones, 31, of Lexington, Nebraska, passed away Friday, December 25, 2015, at Lexington Regional Health Center in Lexington. She was born July 26, 1984, in Modesto, California to James and Wilma (Calk) Jones. Kelly moved from California to Lexington in 13 years ago. At the age of 10 Kelly had heart surgery, this would be a struggle for her, her entire life. While living in Lexington she did work at Taco John’s, Subway, and Plum Creek Healthcare Community, when she was able. She loved her dogs, fishing, and being with her niece and nephew. Kelly is survived by her mother Wilma Calk of Lexington; father, James Jones of California; her fiance’ Raymond Lara of Lexington; daughter, Serenity; five brothers, Mike (Camille) Bruno of California, Joe (Paula) Bruno of California, Tom (Jennifer) Bruno of California, Jim Bruno of California, and John (Tina) Bruno of California; two sisters, Cathy Doyle (James Hill) of California, and Tina Navarrete of Lexington, Nebraska; niece, Claudia, and nephew, Mario. She is also survived by her three fur babies: Baby Girl, Groucho, and Diamond. It was Kelly’s wishes for cremation. There will be no visitation. Memorial Celebration of Life will be held Thursday, December 31, 2015, at 10:30 a.m. at Reynolds-Love Funeral Chapel in Lexington with Reverend Jose Chavez officiating. Inurnment will be held in St. Ann’s Cemetery at Lexington. Memorials are suggested to the family for later designation.
