Cruz Gabino Zetino

Cruz Gabino Zetino, 36, of Lexington, Nebraska, died Sunday, November 30, 2008, the result of injuries sustained in a car accident in September, at Alegent Health Midlands Hospital in Papillion, Nebraska. He was born May 3, 1972, at Santa Maria Santa Rosa, Guatemala, to Gabino Zetino Arredondo and Damiana Mijangos. Cruz lived in Lexington since 2000. He worked construction. He made many friends here. Cruz loved to be with his friends, having BBQ’s , listening to music, dancing, watching soccer, and playing pool. He loved to play with his friends’ children. Cruz will be missed dearly by all. He is survived by two children: Cruz Josue Zetino and Lisbeth Azucena Zetino both of Guatemala His father: Galbino Zetino of Guatemala Three sisters: Rosa Aura Zetino, Amabilia Zetino and Glenda Zetino of Guatemala Three brothers: Fernando, Orlando and Humberto Zetino all of Guatemala Also surviving Cruz are many friends in Guatemala, Lexington, Lincoln, Omaha, California and South Dakota. Cruz was preceded in death by his mother and grandparents. Visitation will be held Friday, December 5, 2008, from 1-5 p.m. at Reynolds-Love Funeral Home in Lexington with a Celebration of Life Service at 2:00 p.m., in conjunction with the visitation, by Pastor Victor Diaz. Burial will be held at a later date in his father’s hometown in Guatemala. Memorials are suggested to the Family. Reynolds-Love Funeral Home in Lexington is in charge of arrangements.
