Linda Rae McCollum

Linda Rae (Lange)Wright McCollum, 61, of Callaway, Nebraska, passed away Friday, November 7, 2014, at Callaway Good Life Center. She was born February 17, 1953, in Callaway, Nebraska, to Raymond and Donna (Harriman) Lange. Linda attended school at Callaway. She was married to Terry Wright and three children were born to this marriage; Terrance, Terra and Tiane. The couple later separated and divorced. Linda was a caring person who worked as a C.N.A. for 25 years caring for the elderly. She enjoyed camping, working with people, and spending time with her family, especially the grandchildren. She will be very missed by all who cared and loved her. Linda is survived by her mother; Donna Lange of Callaway, Nebraska; one son, Terrance Wright of Paris, Texas; two daughters; Terra and husband Donnie Helms of Leonard, Texas and, Tiane Keys of Bonham, Texas; two brothers, Keith Lange of Oconto, Nebraska; and, Larry and wife Rhonda Lange of St. Paul, Nebraska; one sister, Janice Perdue of Beaver City, Nebraska; eight grandchildren; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Raymond; brother, Donald; grandparents; two aunts, Doris and Deanna; one uncle, Dale and several cousins. The family honored Linda’s wishes for cremation. There will be no visitation. A Memorial Celebration of Life will be held Monday, November 17, 2014, at 2:00 p.m. at Callaway Community Church with Pastor Dean Haidle officiating. Memorials are suggested to the family for later designation. Timm-Reynolds-Love Funeral Home in Callaway is in charge of arrangements.
