Michael James Feddersen, 32, of Colorado Springs, Colorado, passed away Saturday, September 13, 2014, in Colorado Springs.
He was born January 6, 1982, in Lexington, Nebraska to Geoffrey and Deborah Feddersen.
Michael was presently working as a plumber for Landmark Plumbing, Heating & Utilities in Colorado Springs. A job he thoroughly enjoyed.
Michael enjoyed riding horses, hunting, fishing, taking his sons camping and Husker football. He loved spending time with his family and his greatest loves were his sons, Schuyler and Micah.
Michael is survived by his sons; Schuyler and Micah Feddersen both of Riverdale, Nebraska; parents; Geoffrey and Deborah Feddersen of Colorado Springs, Colorado; siblings; Geoffrey Feddersen of Kearney, Nebraska; Jennifer and husband Eric Baruth of Colorado Springs, Colorado; grandmother, Dorothy Feddersen of Lexington, Nebraska; nieces; Tiffany Feddersen of Kearney, Nebraska; Kira and Kylie Baruth of Colorado Springs, Colorado; nephews; Jacob Feddersen and Jordan Baruth both of Colorado Springs, Colorado; aunts and uncles; Robert Olson and Karla Will of Las Vegas, Nevada; Carlene and John Sage of Salt Lake City, Utah; Gary and Carmen Olsen of Lexington, Kentucky; Pete and Ann Bellows of Las Cruces, New Mexico; Scott and Anna Feddersen of Kearney, Nebraska.
Michael was preceded in death by his grandfathers; Raymond Feddersen and Arnold Olson; grandmother, Margie Olson; uncle, Ronald Olson; and, aunt, Brenda Olson.
Cremation has taken place. There will be no visitation.
A Memorial Service will be held Monday, September 22, 2014, at 10:30 a.m. at Evangelical Free Church in Lexington, Nebraska with Pastor Duane Russell officiating.
Internment will be in the Greenwood Cemetery at Lexington.
Memorials are suggested to the family for later designation.
