Edith M. Dillsaver, 91, of Lexington, died Sunday, April, 6, 2008, at Tri-County Hospital in Lexington, Nebraska.
She was born March 29, 1917, at Stuart, Iowa, to Mike and Ellen (Castell) Sell.
Edith married William Dillsaver in Boone, Iowa, on October 14, 1948. To this union four children were born: Charles, Martha, Paul, and Betty.
Edith and William lived in many different towns before settling in Lexington in the early 1960’s. Edith worked as a dishwasher at the Rustic Inn and Little Paris.
She enjoyed fishing and canning. Edith especially liked spending time with her friends.
Edith is survived by two sons: Charles Dillsaver of Overton, Nebraska
Paul Dillsaver of Gonzalez, Louisiana
One daughter: Betty Frueh of Fulton, Missouri
She was preceded in death by her husband William, who died in 1972, and a daughter, Martha.
There will be no visitation as her body was cremated.
A Graveside Service will be held Saturday, April 12, 2008, at 3:00 p.m. at Evergreen Cemetery with Pastor J.J. White officiating.
