Rigoberto Beltran Valdez, 55, of Lexington, Nebraska, died Friday, April 13, 2012, in Lexington.
He was born October 21, 1956, in Cubiri De Portelas, Sinaloa, Mexico to Eutiquio Beltran and Evarista Valdez. He attended school in Mexico. Rigoberto moved to Lexington, Nebraska in 1995, where he worked for Tyson Fresh Meats in the Slaughter Department at the time of his death.
Rigoberto, when not working, spent many hours fishing at Johnson Lake with his friends. He attended St. Ann’s Catholic Church.
Survivors include his parents of Mexico.

Zenaida Beltran Valdez of Sinaloa, Mexico

Lorena Beltran Valdez of Sonora, Mexico
Rigoberto is also survived by his many friends and co-workers.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents and one brother, Rudulfo.
A Rosary Service will be held Thursday, April 19, 2012, at 5:00 p.m. at St. Ann’s Catholic Church in Lexington with Father Jose Chavez officiating.
Visitation will be held prior to the Rosary from 3-5 p.m. at St. Ann’s Catholic Church.
Memorials are suggested to the Family. Cremation will take place following the Rosary and his ashes will be inurned later near his family in Mexico.
