Dianne “Di” Hollibaugh, 63, of Eddyville, Nebraska, died Saturday, April 9, 2011, at Tri-County Hospital in Lexington, Nebraska. She was born July 11, 1947, at Lexington, Nebraska to Henry “Hank” and Hazel Ruth (Eaton) Miller. Dianne attended school at Lexington and graduated from Lexington High School with the class of 1965. She was united in marriage to Gene Hollibaugh on December 15, 1978, at Lexington. Dianne lived the majority of her life in the Lexington/Cozad area until moving to Eddyville in 1978. She was always busy and worked for several businesses; including, Fred Hampton, Monroe’s, the Blue Lounge and the sale barn. She even owned her own her business, Di’s Place in Eddyville for seven years. She loved visiting with her customers and always made everyone feel welcome. Di was always active and so enjoyed bowling, music , dancing, especially to the big bands, Bobby Darin, camping, going on long drives, reading, gambling, spending time with her family and her favorite fuzzy companion, Missy. She was a fun-loving gal, always had a great time and will be so very missed. Di is survived by her husband: Gene Hollibaugh of Eddyville, Nebraska One daughter: Jennifer (Philip) Koubek of North Platte, Nebraska Her twin sister: Joanne “Pody” (Charles) Staton of Cozad, Nebraska Two grandchildren: Dalon Scott and Josie Ruth Koubek of North Platte, Nebraska Di was preceded in death by her parents and one brother; Gene Dodson Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, April 13, 2011, at 11:00 a.m. at the Reynolds-Love Funeral Chapel in Lexington, Nebraska with Pastor Ken Hutson officiating. Cremation will follow the service. Visitation will be held Tuesday, April 12, 2011, from 5-7 p.m. at the Reynolds-Love Funeral Chapel. Memorials are suggested to Tri-County Hospital Hospice or the Donor’s choice. Reynolds-Love Funeral Home in Lexington is in charge of arrangements.
